VEGA is a prototype project I’ve been developing between freelance projects, exploring the design possibilities and interaction dynamics of spatial agents. This project explores various aspects of spatial assistants, focusing on their interaction, aesthetics, and the potential relationships humans can build with them. It’s a combination of all many of my skills—3D design, technical art, prototyping, and product design. I

Interaction and Aesthetics


Human-like Interaction: VEGA explores the balance between creating lifelike interactions and maintaining clear boundaries to avoid ethical issues.

Consistency in Appearance: It explores whether a consistent look helps build stronger relationships or if variability enhances functionality.

Identity and Evolution: VEGA looks at how an agent’s identity can be personalised and evolve over time based on user interaction as well as exploring the benefits and downsides to making this system feel alive.

  • Form: This project explores the possibility of a fluid form or body that can shift into shapes based on the context of conversation
